Just heat a cup of water, and add 2 teaspoon Chamomile to the boiling water. After ~4min. filter the potion, and drink it slowly.
Another way to use it, is to boil ~1liter water and add Chamomile to the hot water. Chamomile should given as much as it changes the waters color to dark yellow. Get a towel and put it on your head, then bow above the hot water. With this trick you can capture the steam between the water and the towel on your head. Stay there for 10 min and inhale the steam gently to make your nose run and clean Your lung.
